On the other hand supply is estimated by analysing the current housing sites under construction & the Annual Average Housing Units built.
 Estimation of Infrastructure & Utilities Requirements:
Forecasting Utilities requirement for Al Madina Al Shamaliya (AMAS) Township Project through the Current Population Census Figures & Estimates.
 Policy Recommendations to the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain on Housing Infrastructure:
Providing policy guidelines related to the type & number of houses to be built. This was based on estimation of population densities, general population trends & per unit housing population. Furthermore policy recommendations were also provided to the Ministry of Housing, Kingdom of Bahrain on type of investments \[Government Investment / Privatisation / Public - Private Partnership (PPP)\] in housing projects & their related merits & challenges.
 Recommendations regarding Feasibility of Infrastructure Projects:
Providing general guidance on Economic Feasibility of Infrastructure Projects like Utilities, Roads, Electricity & Sewerage.
 Investment evaluation of Housing Projects through Public - Private Partnership (PPP) mode:
Evaluation of Investment Proposals for Housing Projects through the assessment of Economics & Financials of the Project & Resource & Materials requirement necessary for project implementation.
 Representing MOH on Contract Negotiations with the Consultant:
Was a part of the Government that carried out post-tender negotiations with the PPP bidder.
• Analysing Regulatory Framework for Housing Projects:
Analysis of the Risk / Reward Sharing Mechanism between the Government & Private Entity for Housing Projects.

 Policy Recommendations on behalf of the Chamber to promote Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in India
Recommendations to promote FDI in India through ‘International Conference’ organised by the Chamber to celebrate its Centenary Year. Around 500 delegates representing more than 15 countries participated in the deliberations. The Recommendation forwarded to the Government of India was the outcome of a survey on Political / Investment / Economic climate of India.

Part of a team for organising Seminars & Conferences on varied Economic aspects to promote Economic Growth & Development.

Achievements: Part of a team involved in Preparation of a Report submitted to the Government of India on Measures to Improve Foreign Direct Investments. This was the part of Centenary Celebrations for IMC.
This report was prepared on the basis of a Conference wherein Prominent Overseas Government Officials gave presentations on their perceptions of India Growth Story & Measures to take it Ahead.
