Management of Lusail City Landscape Project, Qatari Diar. The cost of this prestigious project amounting in total to US$ 5 Billion. It is the largest landscaping project in the world at the moment. It consist of 34 packages to cover the whole Lusail City. This includes management and supervision of soft and hard scape works including plants selections, civil works, water features and night scape.
Management of landscaping projects for the client Nakheel Palms Dubai. Projects were: 1. Dubai International City, 2. Lake Preservation Project-Dubai, 3. Dubai Maritime City, 4. Ras Al Khor Landscape (RTA-Dubai).
Prestigious landscape projects were carried out for the client Abu Dhabi Municipality. One of the most important and an award winning project was Abu Dhabi International Airport Landscape Project. This was in addition to several landscaping projects and pocket gardens in Abu Dhabi City.
The PhD Thesis: High Density Planting Systems of Apple Trees. Original research results were published in prestigious international journals. The PhD work included testing of new chemical growth regulators in high density plantings of apples. Also developed new photographic techniques using wide angle lens with infra red films. The negatives were analysed using electronic image processing system to estimate light interception by tree canopies.
