Building a Project Management Office by creating a standard framework, processes and procedures to follow for all enterprise projects and leading a team of project managers and analysts to deliver a prioritized set of projects in line with operating group strategies.

Coordinating with Vendors in getting quote for the Hardware’s (Rack / servers / laptops / desktops / printers).
Preparing Snag List for the Data Center
Leading the team in getting the servers into production
Coordinating with the network team to get the connectivity for the devices
Configuring of VLAN, VOIP, Switches
Monitoring IPLC and Metro Ethernet links using MRTG tool which is used by Pfizer
Managing, Monitoring and Maintaining servers (File & Print, DHCP, SMS and Tape Library)
Reviewing the HP Tape Library & HP server logs regularly
Involved in complete activity of Account Management through Identity Management System.
Involved in the process of reviewing of tickets for Call Module / Incident Module / RFC through Peregrine Service Center and coordinating with the team to ensure proper closure of tickets.

Leading the technical team in Setting & configuring up the Visual Banking Test environment LAB setup for Washington Mutual.
Setting & configuring up the Visual Banking Test environment LAB setup
Lab setup includes 2 Catalyst 2950 Layer 2 switch, 10 IBM X346 servers with OS/2 WARP e-business Operating System.
48 WAMU hardened Windows XP OS along with banking equipments like Magtek PIN Reader, Magtek Cheque Reader, IBM MICR Printers.
Involved in the process of creating SOP & Working Instruction for the WaMu Technical Operations Team.
