· Monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the Project, contract management plan, risk management plan and organizational policies and procedures.
· Establish and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders and suppliers including effectively managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks and undertaking negotiations with suppliers as required.
· Ensure customer satisfaction is a high priority and stakeholders receive responsive and proactive services where Agency representatives are engaged and feedback is sought.
· Research and analyze contract related information including supplier contract reporting, and provide reports regarding contract activity and performance (including Agency reporting).
· Manage allocated contract implementation and transition, including management of supplier and Agency activities
· Compose and maintain complex up to date across government contract documentation (including contract management plans), procedures, data and records to ensure timely communication to Clients and Consultant.
· Provide advice and support to the Category Manager and contract establishment process including identifying opportunities to improve procurement outcomes, efficiency and value for money.
· Provide leadership, advice and support to staff within the team
· PROJECTS ACHIVED:
1- OML 58 UPGRADES - POURT HACOURT NIGERIA The Project consist of the construction of 12 Buildings for the Staff of Total Company include All Services (Roads & Pipes). Value of the project 380million Usd,
Client TOTAL, EPNG
2- Turn Key Project in Luanda Angola, construction of Twenty Residential Building in the periphery of the Capital City, each building is from seven to 9 floors, Total Building Area of the project is about 100, 000m2 plus garden and landscape area swimming pools roads and all services, the project start from august 2011 to dec 2015, The designer and Architect of the project is Sigma Group, Owner Sonangol.

Construction of nine Buildings at KAUST PROJECT KSA with Saudi Oger from Mars 2005 to Jun 2008: Library Building, Research Lab, Applied Mathematics, Administrative Building, Engineering Sciences Hall, Conference Center, Auditorium, Parking Garage, Green House, Data Center.
While work on the master plan was being completed, 42, 000 stone columns were being drilled into the ground to stabilize the soil and bring it to a Condition that could support the weight of the buildings, then All Structural work was completed include Raft foundations with 2-meter height, Local concrete and steel with high levels of recycled content, Interiors finishes with low levels of volatile organic compounds (gypsum board, carpet tile, ceiling tiles, paints. Aluminum Cladding System with half of the Facades, and the rest with Stone Cladding.
Consultant: ARAMCO. 2 billion Saudi Riyals cost of the project.
4- Construction of one tower sixteen story building in king Faysal hospital city KSA from May 2008 to August 2010.
Project Consist of 1300m2 each floor with 18 studios serve as dorms for the staff of the hospital, post tension in all slabs concrete blocks for exterior walls and Gypsum board for wall and ceiling resilient mounting sound isolated material, raised floor access Italian ceramic tiles for bathrooms and kitchens granite counter top, Schiller system for A/C And curtain wall for all elevations.
Cost of the project 70 million Saudi Riyal, consultant Dar Al Riyadh.
