Deployed to oil/petroleum company that supports over 500 users and 30+ sites including Refinery. Provides assistance on software/hardware/network issue for the site's business continuity to be always feasible. Handles IT equipment procurement to 3rd party vendors which includes also their immediate support for their specialty for their products.
Ticket based incident monitoring, safety minded worker, a multitasking employee, shares knowledge with the teammates, works well and communicates well with colleagues, able to handle pressure and quick response or VIP support.
Always seeking for knowledge that will improve the existing system by coordinating with the superior as to give credits on my knowledge and experience for the company I will be working with.
