Job Description:
- Directly involve in Manpower planning, identifying branch and department manpower requirement/s.
- Directly involves in handling issues and resolves Personnel and Administrative problems that involve regulations, policy and procedure of the company.
- Responsible for ensuring all Manpower requirements of all 11 Branches (Dubai, Abudhabi, Qatar, Kuwait.Bahrain, Jeddah, Khobar, HQ, Jubail, Yanbu, Riyadh) are served on a timely and cost efficient basis.
- Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication records required by Law or local governing bodies.
- Works in close coordination with all Branch Managers and Operations Managers to make sure that all requirements (manpower and facilities are properly identified and all documents are done appropriately.
- Liaises with various manpower agents in the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Pakistan, US and UK
- Conducts Interview and Prepares Recommendation
- Develops policies and procedures on HR, Recruitment, testing, job audits and evaluation, benefits and discipline and training.
- Provides advice and counsel to all employees
- Involves with Finance group regarding Payroll.
- Handles all employees' medical insurance inquiries and update.
- Conducts Company Orientation to all newly hired employee/s.
- Directly involve in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
- Maintains employee files and its system and database.
- Directly involve in coordinating Performance management and improvement system.
- Main responsible in sourcing potential applicants for various Managerial, Technical, Executive, Sales and Administrative requirements.
- Ensured all Newly Hired Employees were based on their competencies, skills and attitude.
- Supervised manpower planning and identified manpower requirements of each departments.
- Directly involved for candidate sourcing via on-line recruitment, newspaper ads, employee and friend’s referral and all other possible sourcing avenues.
- Provided administrative tasks and submitted Recruitment Department reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinated with Manpower Agencies in all contractual requirements.
- Handled 4 Admin Support group/Receptionists in 5 months.
