Managing and directing the process of planning, organizing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive training plan
Setting the department's long and short term objectives regarding its functions and communicating them to all subordinates.
Ensuring the achievement of the set goals in a timely manner by taking all corrective and preventive actions that are needed.
Supervising the activities and employees of the department in conformance with the approved systems, policies and procedures and delegated authorities
Coordinating staff training and work with employees to correct deficiencies.
Creating and implementing the annual training plan for TAG-Training.
Contacting, negotiating and selecting trainers and instructors.
Developing and implementing marketing and business development plans.
Directing the development of procedure manuals for training programs; publishing training
manual; providing on-line registration procedure
Reviewing reports sent by his/her subordinates.
Conducting monthly meetings with the department’s employees to discuss the work flow.

Establish monitoring and evaluation system and Lead the development and implementation of project’s M&E plan.
Coordinate and manage all data collection, monitoring, report generation, and evaluation related tasks.
Ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of the project's activities and results in line with the overall objectives.
Responsible for the design, quality development and implementation of all M&E internal and external reports.
Contribute substantively to the design and field testing of the evaluation methodology, participatory data collection, data verification techniques, and other technical evaluation tasks.
Design the evaluation methodology, participatory data collection methods and protocols for the results impact assessment.
Design and oversee the monitoring and evaluation tools, forms, protocols and procedures.
Provide technical assistance and training for the Programme implementation Unit (PIU) staff regarding the professional implementation of M&E systems, programs, documents and activities.
Oversee internal communication on M&E progress and results.
Manage M&E staff and consultants as directed by PIU Director.
Support and train data collection and other M&E staff as needed.
Conduct data quality assurance checks, and oversee M&E database setup and management.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses.
Generate data reports in compliance with EU procedures, and Lead preparation of
evaluation reports;
Draft M&E reports for the PIU Director in compliance with EU procedures
Ensure effective communication between M&E team, project staff, and Mentor and build
the capacity of the junior M&E staff;
Provide technical assistance to The MoTET and Minister of MoTET
Produce with the project technical team the Program Implementation Plan (PIP), annual work plans, financial and technical reports and annual budgets in accordance with the overall budget.
Coordinate with the MoTET in the implementation of activities according to annual work plans and the programme Estimate
Provide technical input that will contribute to the planning, management and monitoring of activities of the TVET 2 Program
Identifying and highlighting gaps in policy and procedural operations and implementation of activities in accordance with quality assurance principles
Ensure that the program implementation will follow EU policy and the EU Practical guide to procedures for programme estimates
Coordinate with different Ministries, local organizations, and other entities to ensure harmonization of cooperative activities;

project’s goals and objectives; including establishing baselines to gauge and support the

A project funded by USAID responsible for supervising the plans of the Ministry of Education (MOE) to improve the technical education in all the governorates. \n \n Helping to develop plans that reflect the needs of the surrounding businesses and industries in each governorate so as to promote partnerships between the governorate’s technical schools and local economic activities. \n Making the best use of the governorate’s existing technical schools and the potentials of its human resources. \n Acting as a facilitator to bring together relevant players to help lay out better Technical Education Improvement plans. \n Seeking assistance from TVET Local and Sector ETPs, local Chambers of Commerce and other relevant entities to assist in preparing the best suited and most efficient plans for the governorates. \n Providing technical assistance to prepare plans that may encompass one or some of the industrial, agricultural and commercial/tourism schools available in each governorate. \n Setting the criteria for selecting schools based on the local need of businesses and industries and assist in selecting the priority schools. \n Identifying selection criteria for equipment and machines to ensure that the choices suit the local market. \n Providing the technical assistance necessary in the field of equipment specifications, layout design, making the necessary preparation …etc. \n Supporting and coordinating the development of these plans and the progress of their implementation in the field. \n Producing Technical Education Improvement plans prepared by the Technical Education departments.
