Manage the maintenance process, which is comprised of the oversight, management and coordination of all service works, and the spare parts supply chain. This includes all mining correspondence and documentation related to the repair from inquiry to the delivery/follow-up. Responsible for the growth and development of the assigned technicians in accordance with the Technician Development Program and any other business relevant criteria. Ensure the highest levels of safety provided through constant communication with the safety Dept. and the technicians with support functions. Responsible for effectively scheduling assigned corrective maintenance team in such a manner that promotes productivity and efficiency. Intimate with each repair and work closely with the PM & CM Technicians to insure the work done in a proper way in order to satisfy the production target's.

Duties & Responsibilities :-

• Monitor the daily preventive maintenance in the quarry assures that the team do the assigned job according to the provided check list, provide guidance as needed and check the quality of the service trucks.
• Ensures all preventive maintenance tasks done in the field according to the safety standards and the equipments condition matches safety rules.
• Prepare weekly plan for the preventive maintenance schedule for the next week specified by date and maintenance type and the actual meter reading and forwarding it to the owner departments.
• Operate and follow up the ERP ORACLE system through work order's, work request's, asset management and parts operation's such as stock balance (MIN & Max), creating purchase request's, evaluation for supplier's quotation's, PO's status and the delivery.
• Ensure the equipment's reliability and maintain the stand-by units in order to satisfy the production targets.
• Ensure S.O.S process as recommended from the manufacturers, follow up the tracking reports and forward to the assigned technician in order to analyze, troubleshoots and take the proper action to rectify the trouble.
• Delegate the daily tasks to the technician's and follow up the corrective maintenance process in order to minimize the repair time and cost.
• Train the technician's know how to complete the job in the proper way in order to match the manufacturer recommendation's and safety rules also to use their most beneficial skills for best achievements.
• Prepare the annual evaluation following the company guides and follow up and control the vacation plan in order to keep the man power as much as useful.
