Currently I am responsible for the following: -

1- responsible for all banking business ( mange accounts, foreign transfers, Negotiate to get Murabaha )
2- financial administrator for erp program ( hansa erp )
3 - Responsible for monthly analysis of accounts in charge
4- Ensure monthly accruals are adjusted to meet demands of the business
5- Reviews reconciliations of accounting records, undertaken by the respective accountants to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
6- Conducts regular internal audits of all transactions and supporting documentation, contracts, payments, vouchers and all other transactions to ensure their validity.
7- Supervises staff performance to ensure that all objectives and targets as outlined in the department’s Balanced Scorecard are met.
8 - Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable .
9 -Review all payment, cash out, before FM signature
10 - Review and auditing salaries and staff benefits
