Duties
• Managed and maintained a portfolio of 34 clients (colleges/universities) in three countries by face to face meetings, telephone, Skype and email.
• Making sure that employees and the company always keeps its goals and objectives firmly in sight.
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace.
• Ensuring a targeted, proactive and commercial approach to business development.
• Utilising extensive and existing industry insight and intelligence to propose new solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Making sure that all sales opportunities are fully explored and captured.
• Constantly reviewing procedures and processes to look for ways to make them more efficient.
• Developing customer awareness of the company’s services and products.
• Anticipating market trends in a fast changing b business environment.
Managed numerous enterprise corporate accounts from both public and private institutions.
•Develop marketing strategy.
•Brand management, PR, media relations, corporate positioning, product launches, advertising, sales collateral, and tradeshow marketing.
•Develop marketing collateral.
•Negotiate distributorship/agency agreements with international partners.
•Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers.
•Managing business development and new market entry.
•Developing Joint Ventures with international partners and entry models.
•Influencing Company Director and Board to Invest in specific projects and Joint Ventures by developing business
•Ensuring Tenders are received.
•Following up with technical team to ensure tender is complete on time and submitted accordingly.
Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
Responsible for ensure that all activities meet both internal company standards and external regular requirements with regards to Health, Safety and the Environment, to ensure the Company's obligations and policies
