Responsible for generating new leads as well as maintaining the relationship and demand among existing accounts to achieve the target. Updating the client database thoroughly to perform regular follow up and build the pipeline of the clients. Attending conferences, meetings and presenting the company profile whenever required. Handling professional correspondence and billing tasks. Preparing marketing materials (newsletters, brochures, public posts, promo-activities, Facebook and LinkedIn ads and so on) and contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the company.

A dynamic experience in F&B and FO departments. I was a part of the management team, participated in events and day-to-day operation in all the areas of the hotel. I was also responsible for generating and analyzing daily/monthly reports and worked on marketing solutions for the F&B department. Additionally I presented the hotel in front of 200 Russian delegates with my own presentation material. I also thought Russian class for the Thai staff during the period of 4 months as it's required in this area.
While working on the MBA in Switzerland, each student had to complete a 6 months hands-on training and penetrate in the hospitality culture. This internship also helped me to learn basics of German language and I was able to communicate quite well (job-wise) with the customers only after 2 months of work.
This was my second Work & Travel experience in the USA
This was my first experience of working abroad as I participated in Work & Travel program for students from all over the world. I used to still study for my Bachelor's back home and during summer breaks I traveled to States to earn some money, study the language and make memories.
