Being responsible for the operations of technical support and collection

Mrs Ben Yahia tasks included:

• Treat (Handle) the late files of payment;
• Negotiate terms of payment with customers;
• Maintain the good functionality of the computer system;
• Execute diverse activities of support for the users.
• Produce collection reports for the managers;
• Manage the accesses, the configuration of new users, and all the regular procedures of maintenance.

As functional Analyst, Mrs Ben Yahia participated in several projects in various domains:
• Clickom project: An application that allows connecting suppliers of transport with their customers.
• Bird project: Application that manages the support of a group of users and treats their various (requests).
• Intranet Project: an Intranet application with very secure connections for Guinean national army.
• ?Helpdesk project: A Helpdesk application for the internal needs of the company.
Within the context of these projects, she assumed the following tasks:
• Write functional documents (Conops according to the standard ISO 2000 and use cases);
• Maintain the documentation of projects updated; and Make functional tests;
• Make estimations of costs and time of projects;
• Estimate the evolution of the costs of the projects (initial Cost versus final);
• Working in close collaboration with developers, business analysts and QA team until delivery acceptance;

This project consists in creating a simplified user interface to access operational data summarized in OLAP cubes. This interface, supporting nearly 3, 000 users, allows Canada Post to constantly monitor the service quality of its commercial and non-commercial postal services throughout Canada.
