I work as a team member to provide systems support, maintenance and administration for servers, Cisco routers, switches, and Access Points, firewalls and other network infrastructure devices. Technologies supported include Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cisco IOS, VLANS, routing protocols and VPN. Duties include backups and the daily maintenance and administration of Windows servers (Windows 2003, Windows 2008, SQL and Exchange), deployment of new systems, security management and documentation.
Provide ongoing systems support, maintenance and administration for servers, managing users account through Active Directory, managing Users Exchange Email Accounts and servers Backup. Managing and maintaining the Company database.
Responsible for installing and upgrading application and operating system software. Support new user by performed user account administration. Troubleshoot IT issues using our ticketing system.
Responsible for monitoring and managing client's servers and networks.
Enhance network functionality through troubleshooting network connnectivity. Managing client's backup. Provide End-User support through troubleshooting hardware and software.
