Efficient Reporting to technical manager.
Proper plan /follow up and share of daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance for all the equipment .
Share the complete packaging m/cs downtime with technical manager, Supply chain director within the department.
Monitor the daily maintenance log book of the maintenance technician and check the daily PM activities by using Operators and technicians.
Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly PM activities and analyze it.
Managing Spare parts needed (order, utilize, monitor, store, and follow up ).
Analyze the breakdowns, down time and External down time of the packaging m/cs and take necessary action on it.
Maintain the complete m/cs, lighting, AC s, utilities of packaging building.
Monitor the utilities report in shift wise basis as per the checklist.
Reduce the down time of filling line by proper execution PM.
Optimize the breakdown hours by doing proper systematic way of maintenance as par the Standard way of maintenance.

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of M&E PPM activities
