During my time working at KCIC, there were more than 200 projects executed for clients. These varied from flagship
projects such as football and handball stadiums, to a 7km boundary wall for Qatar University, and hollow core slabs for
shopping malls, car parks around Doha, and private villas.
Planning:
▪ Supervised the project planning team consisting of 5 people, including planning assistants and data encoders.
▪ Preparation, production and review of project Baseline schedules.
▪ Monitored and updated the progress schedules and prepared monthly and weekly reports. Monitored Project
Progress/Statue on a daily level.
▪ Responsible for coordination between suppliers and subcontractors, to ensure timely project completion.
▪ Coordinated internally with Sales, Quality Control, Design, Production, Erection, and Logistics teams to ensure timely,
and quality project delivery for clients.
▪ Coordination and negotiation between management and suppliers on price, delivery times and product specifications.
▪ Coordinated and interfaced with Clients
Customer service and business development:
▪ Maintained and developed relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
▪ Looked at wider client opportunities and attended meetings with potential clients to gain new business.
▪ Assisted clients with any technical questions, and followed up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
ARABIAN ROCK CONTRACTING COMPANY (ARBROCK)
A private engineering and construction company, operating in the infrastructure and construction sector.
I was part of the team working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia at the time - Shams El Riyadh
earth works - including backfill and excavation up to a depth of 10m. The project was completed on time and under extreme
temperatures. I also worked on the construction of 2 schools, and design and build of the water and sewage network in Al
Kharj.
▪ Participated in monthly reporting, quantity surveying and invoicing. Scheduled and adjusted each stage of the project to
meet time and budget targets.
▪ Provided appropriate plans for construction.
▪ Recorded and reported the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
▪ Variation and change orders management.
▪ Participated in tender analysis works and claims reports
▪ Ordered materials and maintained register of all orders and confirmed.

A contracting and construction services company with projects spanning regionally.
on the Al Fayum 2 Uplift Station. Scope included pressurised wastewater pipeline of 6km and DIM 900mm, and
building construction.
• Reported to the Construction Manager for all projects, and liaised and worked jointly with the design team (consulting
engineers) to implement refinements.
• Responsibility for health and safety on site.
• Supervised construction and foremen on site, ensuring quality of workmanship.
• Order materials and maintain register of all orders placed and confirmed.
• Closely monitored the work of sub-contractors.
