Develop of studies related to administrative development advisory.
Preparation of studies in the areas of human resources and excellence of quality.
Preparation of questionnaires measures the effectiveness of human resources policies.
Set up human resource policies and procedures guide.
Set up to review and update policies and internal regulations.

Preparation programs to raise awareness about the administrative policies and programs of public administration systems for human resources.
Analysis the views and proposal for the development work and follow-up with concerned parties.
