Responsibilities:
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling HR
team, provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, and monitor the workflow.
• Ensure consistency of plans with best practices, Organization objectives,
and compliance with Labor Law and Saudization programs.
• Coordination labor contracts, government and staff related legal formalities, plus some legal transactions and Management of required government documentation and approvals.
• Liaised with departmental heads in setting up requirements for, personnel, designing recruitment guidelines, recommending major HR policies and defining KPIs.
• Set performance objectives and manage an effective performance management system which supports measurement of performance and motivates employees at all levels to higher levels of performance.
• Set up human resources services, policies, and procedures for the organization based on create a motivating environment for employees, changing market dynamics, existing /proposed company activities as well as government rules and regulations.
• Development of annual Manpower plan and HR budget.
• Updating job descriptions for all positions.
• Modification and cancellation of positions according to the organizational structure and the estimated budgets for all departments of the company.
• Work on the recruitment & selection process by post jobs on various job portals to get qualified and talented pool of candidates conducting.
• Exit process, analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes.
• Manage employee relations and conduct processes to ensure a consistent and fair procedures relating to benefits administration, payroll cycle, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, absence management, investigations and Conduct.
• Act a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the workflow for updating of the employees’ files and ensuring the files are included all on the forms approved by the company, such as: Job contract, employee’s ID documents, employee’s qualifications, etc.
• Manage Absher, Muqeem, Tamm, and GOSI websites, and preparing the monthly statement for GOSI Subscriptions and Iqamas renewal
• Administer the monthly salaries (vacations & the re-joining after vacation, absences and overtime).
• Calculation of leave allowances for employees, receipt exit re-entry visa for them at the proper time and following up drop the employee in "Al Jawazat'' from the sponsorship’ of company in case of employee’ exit and non-return.
• Follow up the file of medical insurance and addressing all issues related to medical insurance, such as addition & deletion & ensure the linkage with CCHI, submission of the employee's medical claims to medical insurance company and review medical insurance statement before the finance department paying.
• Responsible for the insurance of all company vehicles, Auditing the percentage of insurance for each car and the invoices before paying and follow-up the submission of claims to vehicles insurance company in the event of an accident happened.
• Manage the end of service dues for employees according to the Saudi labor law for those contractual relationships has ended.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment procedures for new staff.
• Guide new employee regarding the company regulations and policies such as the regulation of communication policy and others.
• Follow-up to the commitment of workers for labor law and internal regulations of the company.
• Investigation with the staff, update Employees files and provides Annual statistics procedures to labor office.
• Daily attendance and leave and report of Salary’s.
• Social insurance :( No. 1, 2 and 6 Istemara - sick leave- Combining insurance periods - purchase of insurance periods).
• Preparation of dues the end-of-service or resignation.
• Follow-up the periodic maintenance.
