• Contract Amount: 2, 560, 000, 000 SAR.
• Brief Description: Construction of eight buildings (teaching hospital 800 beds, college of medicine, college of medical science, college of dentistry, college of pharmacy, shared classrooms, shared Lecture halls and conference center) with a total area 382, 259 m2.
• Electrical scope: 45 MVA for 25 transformers, 13 MVA for 13 generators, 8, 000 m for busway, 1, 000, 000 m for communication cables, 2, 000 panels (Power, Control, BMS, EIB and Access control) and 60, 000 m for feeder cables.
• We work for this issues:
o Management and make complete plan with time schedule for shop drawings, factory shop drawings, as built, delivery and fabricate for some material.
o Coordination with other departments and suppliers for any technical or commercial issues and found solution for any problems.
o Assist the Project Manager in ensuring completion of the project per schedule within budget, in accordance with quality standards.
o Coordination with the Procurement Department to ensure that the contracts meet the Project requirements in terms of time & cost.
o Assist the Project Manager in ensuring completion of the project per schedule within budget, in accordance with quality standards.
o We made redesign for all buildings in our project for panel schedules, feeder schedule, single line, ecodial, low voltage and low current systems for some buildings.
o We made complete inventory for all electrical scope in almost buildings for BOQ, material delivery, complete comparison for technical and commercial issues between suppliers for panels and busway.
o Monthly report for our work statues, plan and solutions for any problem we have in our work.
o Shop drawings for:
Lighting, Power, Power Mechanical, Feeder schedule, Panel schedules, Single line diagrams, Ecodial, Fire alarm, Nurse call, Public address, IPCCTV, IP Telephone, IP data, IPTV, IPCLOCK, BMS, EIB, Access control systems.
o Factory shop drawings:
- panels (main, sub main, control for AHU, control for exhaust fans, control for pumps, distribution, EIB, BMS).
- Busway.
o Reviewed technical offers and contractors:
- Power and control panels.
- Busway.
o Reviewed the BOQ:
- Quantities
- Make refer for new items.
- Variation orders.

• Work Description : Working as part time in design of electrical work for 2 hospitals for this systems "Power, Lighting, Single line diagrams, panel schedules, Fire alarm, Nurse call, Public address, CCTV, MATV, Telephone and data systems".

• Job Title : Technical Office Electrical Engineer
• Work Description :Review technical drawings and specs and following site activities for the following projects:
o Sewage lift stations no. (1&2)
o Water tank.
o Administration offices.
o Medium voltage network second phase.
o 22 kV distribution substations.
o Connection between distribution substation no. (1&2) to transformer substation.
o Estimation of area forecasting load from 2013 to 2017.
