• Conduct research and collect evidence for litigation cases
• Supervise and cooperate with litigators in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
• Represent the Company before public prosecution, ministries, and governmental bodies.
• Conduct ongoing research and maintain awareness of changes in laws and regulations that may impact Milaha and its business units, and provide advice on legal matters and communicate all legal concepts and risks to them;
• Draft and review all sorts of corporate and commercial agreements
• Draft and review shareholders related agreements and resolutions to identify areas of legal risks and liabilities and to ensure their alignment with the company's business interest;
• Maintain and follow up on company registration and/ or copyrights of products, devices, processes, and trademarks of the organization;
• Liaise with governmental entities regarding licensing, permits, approvals and requests
• Advice on company's internal policies and procedures vis-a-vis compliance with applicable law and regulations
• Rendering all legal advices with regards to international business, corporate, commercial and labour law.
• Establishing/setting up all kind of corporate/companies, around the world through our branches or associates, in accordance with client's requirements (Free zone, Offshore, onshore).
• Drafting and preparing all kind of contracts, paperwork, related to companies/corporation along with an accurate legal advice to the matter we are involved in.
• Handle all types of correspondence with clients with regards to their cases.
• Represent the Firm in arbitration meetings and amicable settlement hearings.
• Provide written or oral legal opinions to clients with regards to certain complex cases.
• Liaise with Federal and State level regulators and other governmental entities.
• Worked to prepare filings and other documents required to comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Reviewing all types of Commercial contracts and render the proper legal advice which reserve our client’s rights.
• Preparing case files for litigation
• Reviewing and drafting all sorts of resolutions, letters and applications.
• Assisting counsels on arbitration and litigation proceedings
• Liaise with federal and state level regulators and other governmental entities.
• Assistance to business units in regulatory
- Provide a high quality legal service to all office clients.
- Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, settlement conferences and in private legal matters
- Reviewing and analyzing documents and legal pleadings.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Present facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others and argue on their behalf
- Draft legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds
- Conduct research and analysis of legal problems
