I developed and support the billing system and necessary interfaces required to accommodate the co-existence of legacy software and applications of a complex nature.
Also my responsibilities include working with business clients and other infrastructure groups in resolving business and systems issues and guiding large development and enhancement projects, which includes project definition, review, reporting and tracking as well as all phases of the systems development life cycle. Involves supporting and assisting the client with project planning, project definition, requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training, in addition to creating and maintaining project records.

Work with other departments to assist with the successful completion of client projects.
Offer technical assistance to other departments to progress product and services sales.
Respond to and provide appropriate solutions to technical problems and issues raised by customers with maintenance agreements, or as approved by senior management, in a timely manner and within agreed or contracted service levels.
Keep the customer and interested parties within company informed of the progress and status of resolutions.
Keep company recording mechanisms updated in a timely and appropriate manner.
Promote the Customer Services Department internally and externally, especially with external communications as competent, professional and customer focused.
Feed back potential product and configuration issues, through reporting mechanisms where provided.
Act as mentor to other, junior members of the Customer Services group.
Developed appropriate software for customer support department.
I was responsible of traning using innovative methods that increase and enhance students skills and computer knowledge, deliver ongoing refresher training.
Also I have been working as a trainer for 3 years prior to receiving my certificate. So I have altogether 4 years experience.
