❖ Currently I am working as an Accountant in Gates Engineering &Services at Jebel Ali, from 2004-till now (9 years)
❖ From 2000-2004, I worked as an Accounts Assistant in Alphonse & Co. Chartered Accountants, Kollam.
Roles and Responsibilities
➢ Ensure that company's accounting records are prepared and updated accurately and in a timely manner.
➢ Taking care of accounts payable and receivable
➢ Preparation of budget and various object oriented report.
➢ Bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation & customer reconciliation.
➢ Preparation of staff payrolls and disbursement of salary through WPS.
➢ Preparation of year ending schedules and accounts for Audit.
➢ Co-ordinate with banks for all kinds of transactions and monitoring Fund position.
➢ Co-ordinate with sales &operations department for the customer payments.
➢ Making necessary arrangements for Auditors.
➢ Fully Proficient in independently handling accounts up to finalization.
➢ Import and Export L/C documentation and follow up the proceeds of L/C.
➢ Sharing Accounting and Finance background.
➢ Product costing and product pricing.
