Highlights:

Provide leadership and direction to departmental staff and direct activities of the IT department to effectively meet departmental and corporate strategic objectives, establish annual departmental goals, performance measures, capital equipment budgets
Ensure that systems and products are maintained to appropriate quality objectives and are enhanced
Documenting CCC’s systems installation, upgrade, and backup procedures.

Responsibilities:
Manage overall systems support and monitor the efficiency of maintenance support provided by hardware and software vendors to ensure quality is maintained in a cost effective manner.
Design, install and manage Windows server versions, VMware systems, backup solutions, Microsoft systems, Microsoft Lync system, antivirus product, SQL server, patch management, SAN switches and SAN storage.
