Alketbi Companies:
Fiorano Service Center and alKetbi Motors are the companies I manage their Social media, marketing, customer service and the detailing department.
Social media:
As young experienced Social media motor head I applied the new technics to gain the attention of the companies around us in the auto market, within two months of working on my ideas I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel and our social media accounts started to grow 10X faster than before.
With using the highly active selling accounts on the Instagram and giving special offers to the customers coming through our social media channels the point we started to see new platform of customers coming to us and asking about what we do, what we have and if there is any new crazy projects will happen soon so they can come and cover.
Marketing: the continuous support from my colleagues in the customer care department we started to get in touch with the old customers and companies who used to deal with us.
We had the plans of being everywhere in the automotive market so started registering Fiorano SC and Alketbi Motors in all the events, races, shows and meets.
Customer service:
Other than being the marketing guy in the small company I’m taking the role of customer service representative for the company as I have enough experience in this kind of field. The journey starts from welcoming the customer to explaining what we do and have to taking the delivery of the car and submit it to the service advisor.
Detailing department:
as petrol head addict, I keen to improve myself and the people around mw with what I learned and what we have. Started the detailing department with the little experience I had about this field and improved it by taking courses with professionals in this field and that’s other than trying myself what’s the best way to do it to make sure the highest quality of service.
I started car detailing only with one detailer only and now ended with car detailing and ceramic protection with 3 detailers.
