Role as MEP Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Quantification and costing of Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Works.
- Preparation of BOQ based on the Standard Method of Measurement and as per CSI Format.
- Preparation and review of Monthly Interim progress
- Monthly site visit with main contractor QS to validate the monthly work done at site
- Review and negotiation of Variations
- Reviewing and agreeing unit rate cost submission with Main contractor.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, and contractor, being part of monthly progress meetings and other - related workshops.
- Reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Site Inspection Tasks
- Inspection of Manpower and Equipment as a cost control engineer in Haram Expansion Project.
- Preparation of daily manpower and equipment report.
- Preparation of Monthly Cost Report related to Manpower/Equipment for client approval.
- Created log for all project equipment’s with Equipment details, warrantee, and relevant details from equipment brochure.
Role as Trainee Mechanical Engineer: - TELAL
- Monitoring site Installation of HVAC and Plumbing works
- Preparing WIR for site inspection from Consultant
- Measurement of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Construction Drawings.
- Assisted in preparation of Cost control reports: Productivity Monitoring, Labour Rate Analysis and Material cost monitoring and controlling.

3- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner in all times
