Handling customers enquiries and requirements and taking care of their sales orders with follow up with procurement and production team to fulfil their needs and satisfaction by delivering their orders on time.
Supporting sales team, effective communication with the new and existing customers. Processing all documents to and from customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage customer requirements for transactions and ensure customer orders are well fulfilled within high service level standards in coordination with sales team, planning, production and supply chain team from planning item production schedule, delivery time and expediting/prioritizing item production and delivery.
Billing invoices to customers and following up on the collection due, assisting customers by resolving their complaints, questions, and providing customer account information.
Manage daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are achieved. Training staff and improvements in standard policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsible for coordinating with the Client / Client representatives for transactional their requirements and to ensure the client orders are fulfilled well within the parameters of the service level in coordination with sales and production team for planning items production schedule, delivery time and expedite / prioritize items production and deliveries. also providing all required shipping Docs. including preparation of export Docs. along with COO for global customers.
Generate sales quotations based on customer requirements including status tracking and timely management/updating of quotation history, receiving orders, returns process, helping customers to understand product application and answering questions regarding their requirements and commitments, support selling products, general customer services and payments processing.
Billing customers and following up on due collection, assisting clients by resolving their complaints and questions, and providing clients’ account information.

Receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and email. Include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports, also liaize with other departments, and contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support.
