• Safety and security checks as protocol to Etihad Airways
• Ensuring the safety of colleagues and guest by following safety procedures at all times.
• First aid - being able to perform first aid as necessary on board the aircraft.
• Customer service. - Anticipating our guests needs and ensuring they have a pleasant flight, from boarding, through cruise and disembarking.
• Following Etihad standards’ and ensuring consistency in service at all times.
• Was cabin crew representative: responsible for intervention between cabin crew and schedule planning department, and for advising cabin crew on new developments and schedule planning. I also provided training and support to crew members.
▪ General management responsibility of a Monsoon fashion store.
▪ Personal responsibility for the management of the store finances and stock, with a resulting success in profit levels and stock control and significant improvement on the stores previous performance.
▪ Direct management of five staff in my Monsoon store and support management of a further fifty staff working across the Jawad Business Group.
▪ Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring that a high level of service is provided.
▪ Ensuring coordination between different departments within Monsoon and coordinating with other Monsoon stores across the Middle East.

• Undertaking of all general office and clerical duties.
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority, and directing them to the appropriate meeting room.
• Coordinating with the Accounts department and the Clearing & Forwarding department for receipt and delivery of printing products.
• Ensuring coordination between company departments for best flow of work.
• Using customer database to acquire new business.
• Ensuring customers were provided with post sales services by maintaining excellent client relationships by undertaking regular follow- ups.
• Handling of any special client requirements and providing client feedback on product performance.
