Supervisor to: HR Admin Assistant (direct reportee)
Jointly set up the HR Department and transitioned it to a fully functional HR organization with best-in-class Employee Engagement & Relation practices, Policies & Procedures, etc.
• Manage recruitment efforts as per the business need by screening and coordinating interviews with line managers & department heads
• Support the recruiter in achieving Recruitment strategies by crafting Job Descriptions, Offer Letter reviews, report preparation, etc
• In charge of on-boarding formalities, induction & orientation of new employees to engage them from day one and ensure they are active in HRMS with all necessary information & access
• Develop & streamline policies & procedures for Induction, Training & Development, Rewards & Recognition (RSA Champ, Peer to Peer Recognition, Best Employee & Chairman's Award), Leave Management, Performance Management, etc.
• Provide HR Shared Services to RSA's joint venture organization RSA TALKE DWC LLC (Chemical Logistics) and other Group companies.
• Drive the HR engagement initiatives - Annual Survey, Monthly Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), Fun Activities, Celebrations, Monthly Town Hall, CSR activities, etc
• Conduct Training Need Analysis, assess Training needs and recommend Training programs based on Annual Appraisals. Facilitate Training Programs as per ISO requirements and company’s objectives
• Prepare Annual Training Calendar and co-ordinate with all the external training consultants & other internal stakeholders for conducting Training programs
• Lead the Implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final roll out of RAMCO ERP HCM Module and provide consistent support by training end users at all levels
• Participate in Annual Performance Management discussions along with line managers and run the whole process end to end
• Work with the Department Head in formulation of basic Grading structure, setting band & level wise compensation & benefits package, incentive schemes, etc.
• Manage Separation formalities, full & final settlement processing and arranging for exit interviews with the Manager
• Prepare & process monthly payroll and liaise with Finance team for final payout
• Assist HR Manager in manpower planning, Annual HR Budgeting and goal setting/ OKRs for the department
• Prepare monthly OKR & KPI reports of the Department by liaising with individual team members
• Supervise the HR Admin Assistant by assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews and developing the capabilities
• Provide consultation to business heads on various organizational policies & procedures, day to day employee relations issues, performance assessment process, leaves, absence, salary and other benefits issues
• Accountable for HR Department's Internal & External Audit Process as per ISO standards
• Work with the Management team on re-branding RSA's culture & support the change management process

Processed 100% payroll through the new HRMS with zero errors from the first month of going live thereby achieving HR organizational strategic goal for that quarter
Training cost brought down by 21% against the Training Budget as part of cost cutting initiative without compromising quality of training
Successfully started the process of an Employee Engagement Survey - a first ever initiative in the organization and got 85% participation with 80% satisfaction level
Launched first ever rewards & recognition programme in RSA
Got selected into Net Promoter Score (NPS)/ Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) Implementation project team
Nominated by the Department Head to be a part of cross functional Cost Control Committee representing the HR Department
