Within my current position I am responsible on a day to day basis for the administration and co-ordination of scheduled training events across EMEA, WE, CEE and the UK for the Microsoft Account.

My main job duties include:

• Responsible for the Regional Delivery Plan monitoring costs, audiences, timings, locations and any course specific data.
• Engage with internal Stakeholders helping with the fulfilment of program and class deliveries.
• Inputting all course data into the Learning Management System.
• Creating formal course registration invitations including pre-calls, pre-work and distributing to course attendees.
• Sourcing and booking venues in good time and in line with the specified course requirements
• Assist in sourcing trainers/presenters via a database and provide them with local logistical information.
• Ordering and producing course materials and arranging there distribution to the venue in good time prior to the course.
• Scheduling and administering enrolments and reconciling courses via Learning Management System.
• To assist with monitoring/reporting low enrolments.
• Administering course evaluations and creating reports based on results data.
• Monitor costs associated with each course and identify cost saving methods.
• Raise purchase orders which accurately reflect course data.
• Ensure invoices are received and paid in accordance with vendors terms and conditions.
• Support line manager in carrying out course reviews on enrolment data.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all courses in your region to identify and resolve any potential issues.
• Monitor the spend in my region to ensure costs keep in line with financial forecasts.
• Provide reports/ insight on courses running in my region to my line manager if/when required.
• Assist line manager with creating statements of work.
• Report any course related issues and identify preventative methods
