Managing overall site regarding HSE as a Consultant HSE Manager, supervising HSE team of Contractor and reporting and dealing with Client

To develop and maintain the Company’s HSE policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation on job sites. To act as the feedback loop on the Health/Safety conditions present at job sites to the HSE Manager. Responsible for the development and update of HSE statistics.

• Encourage and advise all project personnel regarding safe working practices and to develop safety consciousness among them
• Ensure that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive and in safe way in accordance with the policies & procedures
• Ensure that emergency evacuation plan and emergency numbers of concerned persons are in work place
• Implementing project HSE plan and company HSE policy during course of the project to achieve "ZERO" Loss Time Injury.
• Actively involving in monthly management site safety inspection with concerned discipline heads weekly site safety inspections with subcontractors, suppliers and in weekly site safety review meetings.
• Preparing daily site safety inspection report, monthly Scaffold summary report, incident and accident reports, plant & equipment summary report and other reports.
• Conducting daily site safety induction for the new comers on site
• Insist company HR dept for the safety training to subcontractors and suppliers from the external parties which is relevant for the site work
• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the work place
• Evaluate safety performance of the employees, subcontractor and suppliers and take disciplinary action against their frequent violation of health and safety requirements
• Inspection of all work site and communication of corrective measures to the management by daily site safety inspection report
• Collecting MSDS from the concerned department and passing it to the relevant supervisor for safe task execution
• Carried out Tool Box Talk on weekly basis and maintain records by having employees signature and date thereof
• Recommending safer work practices where necessary

• Liable to observe proper rig operating procedures, noting unsafe practices at rig sites and base;
• Ensures that operations are conducted in safe approach according to company policies and procedures;
• Assist HSE Engineer in maintaining, implementing and improving the HSE Standards & procedures;
• Follows-up safety meetings recommendations;
• Assist HSE Engineer to conduct HSE presentations and HSE training on rigs;
• Follows-up general corrective actions and their close-out;
• Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses;
• Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures;
• Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintain records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements;
• Assist HSE Engineer in the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
• Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans
• Assist HSE Engineer to supervise on-site doctors and medical emergency response preparation and implementation;
• Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions;
• Assist in preparing of weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.
