Reporting to CEO as Head of HR, this role is responsible to manage all HR functions and activities. My main responsibilities are:
• Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company’s strategic objective.
• Implementing job analysis, compensation and benefits, incentive and bonus policies ensuring internal and external equity.
• Leading the process of development of job descriptions and departmental objectives.
• Ensuring training and development of employees to meet the organization’s needs.
• Supervising recruitment, orientation and placing activities.
• Developing and executing result-oriented performance appraisal programs.
• Leading initiatives to transform organization culture.
Founded in 1969, the Panasian Group consists of progressive and well-established companies. Group represents world’s renowned multinational companies like Hilti and Volvo in Pakistan.
Reporting to Chief Human Resource Officer, the role was to ensure that best HR & Administrative support is available to all group companies in all three regions (South, Centre and North).
Descon is one of the largest conglomerates in Pakistan operating for over three decades in different business areas.
This role was responsible for Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Administration.
Results & Achievements:
• Complete compliance of HR policies and labour laws achieved.
• Restructuring completed smoothly and flawlessly.
• Finalized pending CBA and other agreements.
• Saved more than Rs.6 million annually through creative initiatives.
• Organized high profile corporate events with record low budget and resources.
Eden has been at the forefront of housing development projects within Pakistan. The organization has evolved over 30 years into a trusted top household name.
Reporting to CEO, this role was responsible for setting up HR systems.
Results & Achievements:
• Developed a complete world class HR function from scratch.
• Reduced employees turn over from above 30-35% to 10-15% per annum.
• Reduced overtime cost from above 1.2 m to just 0.2 m per month.
• Recruited more than 150 employees within three months for a project.
• Received performance bonus equal to 4 gross salaries.
NESCOM is one of the largest R&D organizations in Pakistan, carrying out research in many engineering and scientific areas. Today, NESCOM has about 16, 000 employees.
As pioneer, this role was greatly involved in development and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.

• Developed all HR policies and procedures.
• Independently prepared five year’s HR plan.
• Recruited more than 1000 employees at all levels.
The Kohinoor Maple Leaf Group is a reputable and leading manufacturer of textiles and cement. The group has about 5000 employees.
The role was to facilitate the implementation of group HR policies and to assist in managing all core HR functions and processes.

• Achieved 100% compliance of Group HR policies.
• First Management Trainee to get regular position before completion of one year training.
• First Management Trainee to attend Strategic Conference of the Group.
