Part of the broader EU-funded security sector cooperation programme in Lebanon, the project aims at supporting the Lebanese authorities to process in accordance with national and international Integrated Border Management (IBM) standards.
Ensuring set-up and smooth running of the project office in Beirut; supervision of local staff; contributing to the recruitment of STE and local staff
Liaison with ICMPD, the EU Delegation in Lebanon and the beneficiary agencies, to ensure political support for the project; liaison and cooperation with other projects and other national and international stakeholders
