Part of the broader EU-funded security sector cooperation programme in Lebanon, the project aims at supporting the Lebanese authorities to process in accordance with national and international Integrated Border Management (IBM) standards.
 Ensuring set-up and smooth running of the project office in Beirut; supervision of local staff; contributing to the recruitment of STE and local staff
 Liaison with ICMPD, the EU Delegation in Lebanon and the beneficiary agencies, to ensure political support for the project; liaison and cooperation with other projects and other national and international stakeholders
 Quality control of project results and supervision of financial administration

Support the programme management in identifying community development obstacles and needs, and in prioritizing relevant intervention projects. Additionally, make linkages with local and regional working groups to facilitate communication and cooperation among key local actors under UNDP guidance.
 Play an important role in liaising with local government agencies and non-governmental organizations for effective implementation of multiple projects
 Supervise the implementation of local projects (contracting, monitoring, evaluation, reporting etc.)

Act as an advisor to major Lebanese and foreign companies in diverse sectors of the economy seeking to make informed strategic and operational decisions in order to obtain business differentiation and market competitiveness. Conduct market studies involving general market conditions, industry trends, key competitor analysis, and market capture strategies.
 Provided key market data to a start-up on market size, competition, clients, and opportunities.

Joined a notable business consultancy firm in the UAE involved in the delivery to clients various services including but not limited to corporate development plans, strategic roadmaps, marketing strategies and project risk assessments. Provided senior management key data on developing a successful business strategy by researching market segments and trends through application of qualitative and quantitative tools. Produced ‘risk action plans’ in coordination with risk managers and risk owners that provided a road map to reduce their companies’ exposure. Lead a team of junior consultants and ensured delivery of quality products to clients.

 Successfully implemented an organizational wide business process improvement program to streamline communications between corporate and the subsidiaries.
 Played an instrumental role in the successful implementation of an ERP solution, by focusing on proper application of business processes to systems functionality in areas such as sales and marketing, procurement and finance.
 Developed strong relationships with key client executives that contributed to multi-year engagements for the company.

Provided program management support to a leadership team of a global consultancy firm involved in a large-scale modernization program for the government of Abu Dhabi. Duties included planning, strategic and operational reporting, content analysis, internal budgeting and accounting tasks. Also, supported the operational interface between the Booz & Company team and the client organization.

 Generated frequent reports on key performance indicators to senior management that were instrumental in the success of the program.
 Served as an important intermediary role between senior management and key client personnel, by providing written and oral translation of key documents.

Supported multi-functional team with product positioning and new product launch strategies for a leading supplier of construction materials in Lebanon. Created the marketing tools to promote the firm to the target audience. Conducted marketing surveys on current and new product offerings. Aided sales managers to represent effectively company’s services in potential clients. Implemented standard projects in marketing - Designed and managed newsletters, research papers, presentations, event support materials, and brochures.
 Identified a new market segment and developed a successful marketing plan, which resulted in a 30% increase in the company’s revenue.
 Scrutinized long-term agreements with key customers, identifying ways to improve profitability and determining areas for additional growth.

Managed successfully all aspects of an elementary education program including management of the program’s budget, supervision of staff, scheduling and teaching of classes and workshops. Led a range of activities including the identification of international educational best practice, promotion of innovative learning mediums and implementation of professional development programs. Worked tirelessly to promote and brokers new relationships with international and national NGOs, such as The Higher Council for Childhood and Lebanese Autism Society.
 Successfully devised an educational program with NORWAC (Norwegian Aid Committee) that aimed to use art and culture in recreational activities, pedagogy and therapy.
 Achieved additional funding for the program from key governmental agencies, by drafting persuasive proposals and reports.
