Duties & Responsibilities
Greeting customers politely.
Communicate with and assist customers in any way possible and as they may require.
Deal with customer’s enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
Provide a thourough presentation of products in the best way in terms of finishing, quality and materials.
Give personal peaces of advice and orienting customers whose knowledge in fashion is limited and helping them in colours matching and items combination.
Ensure marchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
Process cash and credit cards payment.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Maintain stock and inventory .
Providing regular reports and updates on sales activity to senior managers.
