Responsible for managing the company’s Health Safety, and Environment compliance issues, and for delivering and maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all Employees.
Advise management on the most appropriate process safety technology and best practices to address significant process safety risks
Promoting and developing a positive and proactive safety culture
Developing and conducting training programs to improve safety performance.
Providing training, assistance and mentoring to team members.
Keeping abreast of Health & Safety legislation.
Ensure compliance with Safety norms, code of conduct & rules and regulations.
Ensuring that all safety activities are appropriately documented Communicate with supervisory and project managers on proper procedures and scope of work.
Conduct orientation and training sessions for company teams, educating them on proper safety techniques.
Participate in changes and updates to the safety program, including policies, forms, and procedures.
Ensuring that HSE Standards & Procedure are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSE Management Plans.

❖ Implementing/monitoring the Rig emergency procedures including emergency drill
❖ Working as a safety watch in (DUSUP) for gas control station expansion project.
❖ Assisting the management in investigation of industrial incidents, occupational diseases,
and preparations.
❖ Organizing campaigns, competitions and activities which will develop and maintain the
interest of the workers in establishing and maintaining safe conditions of the work and
procedures
