Active team member in various projects executed across the MENA and GCC regions through participating in the development, implementation and administer the following key areas: 2 Strategic Management Participating in articulation/ updates of organizations vision, mission and strategic plan.
• Participating in the development and execution of feasibility studies and analysis (SWOT, PESTLE) in order to obtain input for strategic direction planning.

various organizations from different industries in line with the overall business strategy, business operating
model and leading practices.
• Developing Career Architecture to provide organizations with a standard set of Job Families, Job Levels and
titles with career paths to provide a comprehensive platform for supporting organizations growth and strategy
articulation.
• Developing organizations Competency Framework (Behavioral and Functional) incorporating business
philosophies, strategies, core values derived based on the requirements of the Culture Alignment, 3 Employee
Value Proposition (EVP), Capacity Building, Employee Engagement and Change Management Programs.
• Developing and support the implementation of the Performance Management Framework for various
organizations in order to assist in linking the strategy to execution and ensure alignment with the strategic
destinations of the organizations.
• Developing and support the implementation of the Training and Development Framework for various
organizations in order to assist in assessing training needs for each job family and job title, training planning,
training execution and training evaluation.
• Developing the Policies and Processes for organizations covering all core functions such as (Strategy and
Business Excellence, Operations, Procurement and Contracting, Human Resources and Administration,
Maintenance, Investment, Finance, etc.) in line with the local laws, regulations, operating model and leading
practices.
• Developing an effective Delegation of Authority matrix to clarify the authorities/powers of decision making
with respect to the diversity functions at organizations.
• Developing the Workforce Planning Framework to facilitate the process of Identifying the Supply and Demand
Human Resources requirement in terms of number of employees as per the workload required.
• Developing the Succession Planning Framework for various organizations, in addition to its related policies,
processes and forms.
• Developing Job descriptions as per a set of guidelines to be in-line with the organizational structure, job levels
and grades.

• Assist in developing, maintaining and continuously enhancing the Group Standard Manual (GSM) policies and
procedures and ensure implementation within the entire group through continuous auditing.
• Assist in conducting Operational Diagnosis and Audits for the subsidiaries, report findings and submit
recommendations.
• Assist in developing required systems as per the subsidiaries' needs and requirements including but not limited
to; Cost Accounting System, Quality Control Systems, Planning systems, Production lines improvements, ISO
9001:2008, ISO 9001:2015 Systems, ISO 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004, etc… in coordination with related functions.
• Assist in monitoring the plans and implementation of excellence projects at subsidiaries and report results and
submit opportunities for improvement.
• A certified internal trainer in the group in Operational Improvement and Excellence Topics and Six Sigma Green
Belt Topics, etc.
