- Ensuring that business processes are followed by all departments and taking corrective actions whenever necessary.

- Ensuring stock sufficiency in the warehouses.
- Performing stock counts and reconciliations for warehouses, dealers, and installers.
- Monitoring materials consumption and organizing the stock replenishment process.

Helped in creating a production planning model that enhanced the communication between Sales and Production Departments and improved the raw materials’ utilization.
As a part of a balanced scorecard project, I was responsible of conducting several meetings with the departments’ heads to discuss the strategy and KPIs of each department in order to produce a balanced scorecard dashboard for the company.
