Responsible for the daily activities for the kids like dancing, singing, playing games. I do hosting for birthday parties, organize games and activities for them to be entertained and have fun while also learning new things. I do Balloon Twisting and Face Painting.
Prepare the Monthly Inventory of Promotional Materials. Responsible for distributing the Promo Materials per depot Nationwide. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Ads and Promo Manager and resolve it right away. Responsible dealing with concerns from the Sales Force regarding matters in Promotional Materials and Giveaways. Giving advice and guidance on item selection to giveaways for Customers (Hospitals: Doctors, Nurses VIPs). Process and assists documents and paper requirements needed when we participate on Medical Conventions, also responsible for setting up the booth at the venue.
Prepare the Minutes of Meeting of National Sales Managers together with the Depot Manager. Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information. Photocopying and printing various documents needed by the National Sales Manager.
Instructs the bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, ring bearers, parents on how to stage the ceremony and entrances in the reception. Assists either the bride or the groom in anything they needed on the day of the wedding. Also attends concerns of the guests regarding the event.
