Digital content:
• Carry out ad-hoc/daily reviews of the OBG company website in order to identify issues/areas for improvement
• Management of client advertising on OBG digital platforms, including the website and iPad app
• Creating branded registration pages for OBG teams in the field
• Coordinate the upload of all OBG report content on the website
• Coordinate the upload of all content to the OBG blog
• Coordinate the upload of all other content to the website as appropriate

Website and customer engagement initiatives:

• Oversee online report sales and liaise with shipping for deliveries
• Manage staff, user and customer enquiries via the customer sales email address
• Overseeing the creation of new online subscriptions from various sources, including individuals met at events and clients met in the field
• Coordinating with teams and clients to ensure that all digital aspects of contracts are fulfilled
• Coordinating with and managing the relationship with the data entry company
