• Responsible for the development and implementation of Nas schedule for the year round
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders for ensuring necessary approvals, timely implementation and schedule integrity.
• Responsible for providing key input and work closely with top management to develop tactical and strategic action plan for developing the network.
• Slot application and negotiation at various airport of operation
• Assist in provision of necessary input for bilateral agreement
• Carry out competitors schedule analysis, market demand analysis and industry research.
• Manage adhoc schedule changes and advise all concerned.
• Responsible for generating the schedule in the industry standard format and circulation to all authorities and distribution channels.
• Participate in maintenance program and proactively incorporate all maintenance program requirements in the schedule well in advance.
• Implement new network and improve aircraft utilization.
• Responsible for managing the slot request and approval process, including representation at the IATA Slots Conferences.
• Maintaining of complete & up to date operational schedule
• Produce weekly up to date aircraft rotation
• Maintaining efficient aircraft utilization.
• Produce accurate seasonal timetables
• Charter Flight Planning and Management
• Traffic and Passenger forecast. Monitoring route performance and proposing schedule improvements to key stakeholders
• Liaising with Crew Control and Flight Operations in producing operational schedule.
• Distribution of schedules to key internal (e.g. Senior Management, Engineering, Crewing, Airport Services) and external stakeholders (e.g. OAG, etc).
• Ensure accurate & up to date display in the systems ( GDS & Website)
