• Maintain and check the daily status of four compressors that supply the whole plant pneumatic systems, devices and machines. Each compressor has a powerplant motor of 400 horse-power with current of 100 amperes.
• Read daily the electric power, water, and diesel fuel consumption.
• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical faults and errors that will occurred during production operation.
• Conduct monthly servicing schedule of the every units of the four 400 horsepower motor of Air compressors
and its elements.
• Replace the hydraulic pump and 100 hp motor of the 200 tons Manzoni press machine for the boiler caps and brackets.
• Weld and fix the crack of the 80 tons capacity flanging machine.
• Forklift driving and manipulation especially the mounting of the cylinder of the press and its other components.
• Installation of four automatic door locks inside the ladies working place.
• Apply daily lubrication of the wicket gate mechanisms both in the inboard and outboard side of the turbine spiral casing to avoid and minimize possible breakage of several mechanical fuse links.
• Warm up or test run the generator set for the power house and site office once a week at the same instances, check its fuel, oil and water levels on their respective gauges.
• Issue work order permits during plant operation when there is minor maintenance work to perform within the power house premises such as device installation and repair or welding jobs.
• Inform and give update daily the plant manager and supervisor during the plant continuous operation current status regarding to its power factor, load and generation produce or when there is flash floods and heavy rain occurrence.
• Operate then monitor thoroughly and accurately the human machine interface panel screen or the central control unit of the plant using the WinCC application software for the simulation and manipulation of turbine generator and excitation process through distributive control system then the electronic logging system using windows Excel.
• Daily checkup of the transformer pad including all its component and lubrication oil levels, pressure and temperature gauges. There two types which is main transformer unit designated capacity of 69kV step down to 34.5KV rating and the auxiliary unit which supplies the power and staff house, then site office step down the voltage from 34.5KV to 440V then 220V.
• Maintain the plant to its good and desirable operating condition with the help of my workmate in the maintenance department.
• Troubleshoot and fix every equipment and appliances under the plant property with a bad signs of technical errors and difficulties related to electrical systems like the lightings, portable grinders, welding machines, magnetic contactors, ovens, lathe machines, pump motors and relays.
• Perform every given task in a proper manner as to follow standard safety procedure and frame schedule for completion period and provide reports and recommendations regarding the task done accordingly.
• Conduct weekly routine inspection and servicing if necessary on the main electrical component in the control panels of oil refinery and milling machines such as the magnetic.
• Contractors, relays, safety switches and reconfiguration of some VFD device controllers when there is changeover of the production lines.
• Repair of damage, burn and worn out electric motors with different sizes and capacity.
• Assist on the operation of the newly installed equipment or devices with the assigned operator for him to learn the required knowledge in the proper handling and application usage.
• Reading of the monthly power consumption in the electric meter panel at the company substation then submit it to our immediate supervisor for calculation purposes.
• Weekly engine exercise of the generator set of 4800 KVA capacity.
• Assembly and construction of the control box of tank hoist machine to facilitate the cargo transfer and embarkation inside the plant site premises. It has an x-y-z directional movement supplied with 220 volts of power source for its control circuits and 440 volts for its power circuit connected to three set of 5 horsepower motor parallel with its other.

• Maintain the plant normal operation status and minimize longer time of downtime occurrence that can greatly affect the production output by doing faster in our maintenance task every time we encounter different types
of troubles and errors from the machine and equipment.
• Repair and fix out any equipment and devices that belongs to plant property in the best knowledge and skills that we had with the availability of the instrument and tools needed for the restoration of the certain damage
equipment.
• Lubrication of the conveyor chains for both the line one and two of the production fast line.
• Servicing of different kinds of electrical equipment such as magnetic contactors, relays, circuit breakers and battery terminals of the generator set.
• Maintain the good condition of all electrical lighting and wirings in the canteen, warehouses, gate perimeter, bottle sorting, laboratory and alcohol storage tanks compound.
• Monthly maintenance of all machineries in the production section such as robotic depalletizer, bottle washers,
cappers labelers, fillers, wrapping and palletizer machines.
• Test run and conditioning of generator set every once a week.
