- Managed and directed a team of specialist inspection engineers for material delivery inspections, site quality checks, and NCR
management against FIFAs stringent standards.
- Participated in FIFA, QOC, and government stakeholder coordination meetings including high-pressure WAR room sessions
during late-phase delivery.
- Monitored contractor performance against cost, time, quality, and GSAS sustainability benchmarks; escalated risks and drove
resolution at the project director level.
- Managed complete documentation control processes for incoming/outgoing correspondence all tracked and logged to meet
FIFA audit requirements.
- Coordinated integration of FF&E, signage, wayfinding, and specialist interior elements with architectural, structural, MEP, and
IT/AV systems.

- Built and led the companys entire Fit-out and joinery operational infrastructure from zero including establishing the joinery
factory, designing the organizational structure, and defining all operational systems, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

- Directed project operations as Project Director for Centara Grand Hotel (5★) full turnkey fit-out responsibility including design
coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.
- Managed stakeholder mapping and client satisfaction tracking across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Led global factory inspection program travelled to suppliers in Dubai, Milan, China, and Germany (Big 5, Salone del Mobile, IFF
Fair) to qualify vendors and inspect materials pre-shipment.
- Secured QCDD regulatory approvals for supply and installation of fire-retardant doors and partitions; maintained full BM TRADA
certified fire door installation compliance.
- Monitored tendering packages, bid process, costing, and cash flow reporting for all active projects; provided strategic direction

- Represented Mirabello and Qatari brands at international exhibitions Big 5 Dubai/Qatar/Germany, Salone del Mobile Milano,
IFF China.

- Served as lead ID coordinator for a complex design-and-build stadium/hotel/offices project delivered under a single 1-year
contract interfacing with Qatar government bodies and QCS regulatory standards throughout.
- Reviewed and commented on contractor concept designs, shop drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance
with project briefs and Hills technical standards.
- Coordinated multi-disciplinary integration of Interior Design with Architectural, Structural, MEP, AV/IT, FF&E, Signage, and
Building Services elements.
- Managed development of performance-based FF&E and Signage & Artwork specifications and led the complete technical
evaluation of bids for these packages.

compliance throughout execution.
- Managed complete document control: WIRs, RFIs, shop drawing submissions, material submittals, method statements, and
sample approvals for flagship hospitality projects.
- Coordinated FF&E supplier factory visits (including Dubai inspections), mock-up room completions, and procurement
documentation for 3 major hotel projects simultaneously.
- Managed the Doha-Amman FF&E procurement coordination bridge, ensuring timely delivery of materials from Jordan and the
broader MENA supply chain.
- Directed QA/QC reporting and monitored site performance across multiple projects; developed an internal QA checklist that
remains in active use today.
- Oversaw execution of 3 residential tower mock-up rooms including all FF&E, sourcing, and supplier manufacturing inspections.
