Tasks:
Develop a yearly plan for Regional, and local accounts within the territory.
- Set a clear performance expectations to achieve growth in terms of sales volume . This include aligning Senior Management on, pricing, personnel and Key Accounts marketing to achieve company’s sales & profit objectives.
-Prepare and execute a Market Development Organization plan which includes staffing, developing, supervising and evaluating the personnel required to deliver the business plan.
* Achieved 90% growth in assigned category responsibility from $2, 4 Million to $ 4, 2 Million.
* Exceeded business goal of total market share up to 66% from 43%
* Drove up pharmacy channel sales 200% by suggestion new marketing strategy to portfolio management
