Additional Task COVID-19 Economic Revival Short Term (3Months) Survey and PPEs provided
Conducted one-day orientation sessions for CRPs, sanitary workers, health workers, and DHQ staff to raise awareness about the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delivered awareness sessions regarding the COVID-19 emergency response in the community.
Visited DHQ Hospital daily to educate OPD patients on COVID-19 precautions and SOPs for pandemic response.
Recommended the use of masks, sanitizers, soaps, regular handwashing, and social distancing to the public.
Provided hygiene kits, masks, sanitizers, soaps, PPE kits, and gloves to health staff, administrative personnel, frontline tiger force members, and public spaces across the district.
Conducted a COVID-19 household survey, union council-wise, across the district for economic revival assistance.

• Collected required data on Malaria incidence from districts on a weekly and
monthly basis, and maintained a proper receiving log.
• Maintained and kept MIS and DHIS2 updated as per donor requirements.
• Ensured that FM2 reports from districts were received within cut-off dates,
reviewed, and validated as per MIS requirements.
• Provided data to the MIS Coordinator for PUDR.

Ministers Internship Programme as Malaria Assistant in every
activity in District Office and field Level.

collected FM2 forms from health facilities for data compilation and analysis.
• Carried out data bunching and facilitated field activities alongside
operational teams.
