 Hand on experience in using CSI-2130 Machinery Health Analyzer with AMS Machinery Health Manager Software version AMS 5.4.
 Online Data collection of Gas & steam turbines, Compressors, Gear boxes (Displacement, RPM, Orbit, Transient & Crosse Phase) using with CSI-2130 from Bently Nevada 7200, 3300 and 3500 monitoring systems.
 Creat new rout / modified and Vibration data collection of rotary equipment’s as per schedule.
 Offline / Field Data collection of Gas & steam turbines, Compressors, Gear boxes, Pumps, blowers and fans using with CSI-2130, Microlog CMVA-60 & TK-81 (Bently Nevada) and Specially Transient analyses and Bump test.
 Hand on experience in Site balancing of rotary equipments using SKF Microlog CMVA-60 specially blowers.
 Hand on experience in using CMVA-60 along with Data Management & Analysis software PRISM 4 (SKF).
 RPM Monitoring of Machineries with STROBOSCOPE, CMVA-60 (SKF) & CSI 2130(Machinery Health Analyzer) Laser speed sensor.
 Sound Knolage of System1, ADRE 408 and vibration analyses of spectrum, waveform, cross phase, transient & orbit.
 Lube oil sample collection for oil analysis.
 Reports making and maintain the monthly / weekly reports and close the SAP notifications.
