● Manages day to day marketing requirements of all the 27 cities where Careem operates.
● Directly communicates with Marketing Managers and General Managers of the 27 cities where Careem operates to discuss marketing requirements such as print collaterals, videos, promo codes and other presentations.

● Coordinates with third party suppliers such as printers, event coordinators and videographers.
● Prepares schedules of meetings and books guests for transportation sponsorship.
● Prepares and process payment requests for suppliers and clients.
• Directly reports to the Tourism Head for projects and plans.
• Creates marketing plan for the promotions of tourism in Quezon Province, Philippines.
• Develops and implements social media plans.Writes contents and manages the social media accounts of Quezon Tourism Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/tourism.quezon?ref=ts&fref=ts and official twitter account @ilovequezonprov
• Coordinates and build relationships with the private sectors/establishments in maximizing opportunities for promotions.
• Handles and organizes events for promotions such as trade fairs, product launches, seminars and trainings. Led and managed more than fifty major events in the last four years of service in Quezon Tourism Office.
• Leads the marketing and promotions unit of Quezon Provincial Tourism Office
• Writes and plans activity designs with budget estimates. Sources out suppliers for projects/events.
• Assists media in covering stories about the tourism in Quezon. Writes articles about Quezon province for news releases and for marketing collaterals.
• Drafts press releases, brochure texts, event scripts, tour itineraries.
• Handles tours and travel with local and foreign visitors.
• Performs administrative office works such as emailing, fax, telephone operation and filing of documents.
• Manages several retainer accounts and ensures good relations with clients
• Drafts and implements PR and communications plans and conceptualizes event ideas.
• Creates strategic public relations plan for various clients in the field of real estate, pharmaceutical, footwear and cement.
