Warehouse Manager- Monitor all daily inventories both incoming and outgoing. Practice the 1st in 1st out rule. Actual count on all products warehouse should be accurate.
Sales Coordinator - Coordinate with production people on the status meet target daily production on each product. Report to General Manager all production status base on p.o. requirements by client.
Asst Sales Manager- Prepare quotation and submit it to prospective client. Look for new clients. Assist sales manager on his/her daily task. Promote company to other client......etc
