DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY :
•Following up the new inquiries & requirements to enhance existing relationships & development of new business with customers by satisfying them through excellent interpersonal relationship.
•Negotiation & finalization of contracts for the products which we are dealing to attain maximum monetary & product quality benefits, expertise in banking trial like D/Draft, T/R & necessary A/C’s.
•Expertise in managing the supply chain and all import & export logistics.
•Handling all documentation individually for overseas shipments, including legalization of documents and compliance with requirements of Letters of Credit.
•Being receptive to the needs of the clients by seeking feedback from them considering the fact that customers are the key factor in any business & acting as an advisor to the client by being friendly and patient and offering several options to help them and pleasing to obtain the right decision.
•Closely managing and coordinating the staff in order to build a good team spirit to have effective and high level of customer service and excellent decision making skills.
• Having good knowledge of Export & Import formalities & well expertise in preparation of export documents like invoice, packing List, C.O & others, how to obtain special rates for air or sea freight.
•Providing proper feedback to the managers & director for monthly/quarterly & yearly reports for new bookings, department sale, customers outstanding, M. Budgets, Stock valuation.
•Preparation of Import documentation requirement like collecting the shipment documents, collecting D/O from the shipping agents and finally presenting the necessary documentation at the customs for clearing the cargo from the Sea Port / Air Port.
