Backed by an MBA in Supply Chain Management, professional Project Management (PMP) qualification, as Consultant and Additional Director of Production at the Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory (BMTF) Ltd, I directly manage end-to-end manufacturing and construction project lifecycles. My a few portfolio includes heading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives such as World Bank-funded electrical manufacturing projects, Rural Electrification Board Line Hardware production, European technology transfers on Military Hardware, telecom infrastructure development, and aviation ground support manufacturing. These roles sharpened my expertise in master scheduling, international quality standards (QMS), risk management, and strategic procurement.

This Service cover as Administration and Logistics service to almost 20, 000 people serving in a Military Base.

During me service here, I drove large-scale recruitment systems, shaped HR frameworks, and successfully orchestrated multi-agency logistics and welfare operations for over 2, 000 personnel. Furthermore, my deployments in BGB enhanced my capacity to navigate cross-border dependencies and coordinate over 30 international bilateral negotiations under high-pressure environment and situations.
