Conduct and score all Heliopolis placement tests with a pleasant attitude and in a timely manner;
Attend to teachers’ requests and inquiries;
Help corporate students to complete registration forms;
Monitor teacher attendance
Handle all logistics of Heliopolis classes (equipment & rooms booking, and supplies);
Enter student registrations in system
Receive payments and issue receipts& refunds as required for all AMIDEAST products & services;
Reconcile daily payments and make direct communication with the finance for daily money deposit
Promote and cross-sell AMIDEAST services through the daily interaction with customers;
Identify, respond to, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
Provide high quality, consistent information on all AMIDEAST products and services to customers
Present a professional image in all client contact

• Responsible for monitoring potential projects through the internet, exhibitions and the company contacts.
• Prepare technical proposals individually or along with the projects team.
• Spot, contact and deal with the proper experts for each project.
• Prepare progress reports, and liaising with other departments.
• Provide assistance to projects manager.
• Work closely with the finance team.

• Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommend changes and improvements
• Run the first interview for all positions, filter candidates and contact them for the second and the technical interview.
• Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
• Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
• Train new HR Recruiters

• Assist in maintaining training plan for all sub departments in coordination with training manager.
• Maintain secured and updated filing for all hotel agreements.
• Assist credit section in the collection process.
• Following up with other operational departments
• Composing petty cash, using Sun System Chart
• Provides information and handles issues that may require sensitivity
• Documents translation as required
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences and reply routine ones
• Prepare agendas and minutes of meetings

• Liaise, communicate and follow up with governmental organizations.
• Ensure that all billboards' licenses are valid in order to be renewed just on time.
• Assist in auctions' proposals (needed expenses, presentation, follow up, …. etc)
• Update company profile with new projects; also ensure company website is always updated in coordination with IT department.
• Coordinate with head office all clerical and administrative issues.
• Entertainment program to expats when needed
• Events organizing.
• Involved in purchasing process (financially)

• Coordination with HR department in head office including tracking staff hours, employees' leave records, vacation balance, hiring documents, orientation for new staff and ensure staff is aware with company internal policies.
• Open, sort and distribute all incoming mail and answer routine ones
• Handle site petty cash
• Purchasing when needed
• Logging all office correspondences including mails, faxes and letters
• Prepare time sheets, logs, indexes and files.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
