RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all Microwave (MW) Networks Maintenance under Warranty and for all Operation & Maintenance activities
To handle problem reported by customer via Call Center & assign to Technical Support Engineers (TSE) with solution
To provide First Level & Second Level support to customer as well as to TSE
Analysis of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports of resolved problems submitted by TSE to make network more stable & share with customer
Coordinating with Head Quarter to get technical assistance to maintain MW Networks & meet customer requirements
Analysis of Trouble Tickets Summary generated by CCR & make sure to meet SLA for all reported problems
To provide First Level & Second Level support to customer as well as to TSE
Responsible to implement any software or hardware reconstruction or up-gradation applicable to MW Networks to minimize the risks for Network Stability
To maintain the quality of MW Networks & responsible for Preventive Maintenance of MW Networks
To supervise Quality Inspection & analysis of Quarterly Inspection Reports of MW Networks
To prepare & maintain Safe Stock List of Microwave Spares and apply for new spares
Responsible to apply repairing request application for MW faulty parts & make sure to get repairing of parts in time to meet SLA committed with customer
To deliver class room & on-site trainings for Customer Engineers & TSE about Microwave Basic Principles, Microwave Products, initial troubleshooting & preventive maintenance.
